Established June 1993. Neighbours came together to oppose major rezoning applications in our area and looked for help from a community organization. We discovered this neighbourhood was unrepresented and Established the North Jubilee Neighbourhood Association.
NJNA Constitution
a. to support a vision for the present and future growth of the North Jubilee Neighbourhood by monitoring its physical and social evolution as a family-oriented community not to own, operate or manage a social club.
b. to create a community forum by offering membership to all those who live, operate a business or own property in the North Jubilee Neighbourhood.
Primary Business
As stated in the constitution, our primary business is to be the "watchdog" of the neighbourhood; to keep our neighbours informed and to create a vision and plan for a healthy community.
